I have seen an item online, how do I place an order?
To place an order, please message us directly on Facebook or Instagram or via the 'contact us' page or call Kassandra on 0151 645 7570.
I have ordered an item but I no longer want it. What are my options?
If you have placed an order but no longer want an item, please notify us as soon as possible.
Can items be posted?
Currently, we do not take online payments and therefore will not be posting any orders out.
When will online payments be available?
We are currently looking into launching a website so that orders can be placed online. Once this is set up, we will post a notice on our social media pages and on our website.
Where do I pick my order up from?
40 Bebington Road, New Ferry, Wirral, CH62 5BH and quote the order number.
How do I pay for my item?
In-store only by card or cash payments.
If I purchase an item and then change my mind, what are my options?
If you no longer want an item after paying for it and leaving the shop, you can return the item to the shop in the original condition in which it was bought and then we can issue an exchange only. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, unless the item is faulty. Please note that any cosmetic damage will not warrant a refund. All items must be returned within 14 days of payment.
How many days after I place my order can I pick up my order.
All items can be picked up 5 days after placing an order. We will contact you directly when the item is available to pick up.
If you require an item within 48 hours, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
